How do I place an order?

Simply navigate to the Online Shop tab on the Taurus website. Click on the Add to cart button to add an item to your basket. Either checkout or continue adding items to your cart. When you have all your items in your cart you can checkout.

The same method can be used to request a quote, by clicking on “Request a Quote” rather the Add to Cart button.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently use the following methods: 

Debit/Credit Card: All card payments are processed securely online via DirectPay. You will be sent a payment link with your order confirmation. If you experience any problems, please contact us.

Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT): Please use your order number as the reference. We will send our banking details with your order confirmation. Kindly note that any funds transferred must first reflect on our account before your order is invoiced.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Yes. If you have received your order confirmation and not yet paid, you can reply requesting a change. An updated order confirmation will be sent through to you.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have received your order confirmation but have not yet paid for your order, then you can request a cancellation via the confirmation email.

Why have you cancelled my order?

Orders are automatically cancelled if payment was not made/received within 48 hours. If you would like your order reinstated, please contact us and include your original order number.

Can my order be billed to my account?

If you are an account customer with Taurus and would like your order to be billed to your account, we can unfortunately not process your order via our online store. Rather, forward your order request to your account representative.

Can I order from outside Namibia?

We cannot accept orders or deliver outside of Namibia at this time.


What are my delivery options?

Delivery is free only for orders in Windhoek. Other regions will use a courier and delivery cost will vary on the weight of the order. The delivery fee for our courier is collected upon checkout. If you wish to use your own courier, please let us know which courier with your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries in Windhoek are delivered 1-7 working days after payment has been confirmed. Couriered orders are delivered 2-7 working days after courier pick-up. We will do our best to notify you of any delays in shipping your order.

Can I collect my order?

At the moment, collections are only available from our two branches in Windhoek. Let us know your preferred collection point.
Collection Point 1: 28 Joule Street
Collection Point 2: 10-12 Nickel Street
We will notify you when you order is ready for collection.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, provided you have not received a notification saying that your order has already been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for the change.


I have not received any confirmation?

We process orders Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30. If you received an order summary but not yet an order confirmation, your order might still be in our processing queue. If you have not received any email at all, it may be possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please feel free to contact us to following up.

How do I return an item?
