The Eli-Fil FR/986 marine putty can be applied under adverse cold environmental conditions to damp - wet surfaces, e.g. concrete, rock, metal, etc. The putty bonds well to a variety of surfaces even when applied underwater. FR/986 is particularly suitable for emergency and permanent repairs on water submerged concrete structures, on bridges, dam walls, pipe-lines, tunnels and general building restoration.
